Nutrient Notes
1. Garlic
Garlic also has antiseptic (antibacterial) properties and immune boosting properties which are useful for fighting infections.
2. Dandelion
Dandelion leaves have diuretic properties which means that they help a person pass more urine. This helps flush the infection causing bacteria from the body.
