Ingredients
2 ½ cups filtered water
1 teaspoon dried Lavender flowers
1 teaspoon dried Chamomile flowers
1 Tablespoon honey (optional sweetener)
Preparation
Place the herbs in a container with a tight fitting lid like a Mason jar
Bring the water to a boil
Pour the boiling water over the herbs and cover the container
Let the herbs steep for 10 minutes
Strain the herbs with a sieve or coffee filter
Serve the tea hot in mugs
Sweeten with honey (optional)
