Ingredients
2 cups filtered water
1 teaspoon Fever few
1 teaspoon Ginger powder
1 Tablespoon honey (optional sweetener)
Preparation
Place the herbs and spices in a container with a tight fitting lid like a Mason jar
Bring the water to a boil
Pour the boiling water over the herbs and spices and cover the container
Let the herbs and spices steep for 10 minutes
Strain the herbs and spices with a sieve or coffee filter
Serve the tea hot in mugs
Sweeten with honey (optional)
Tips
1. Never use aluminum vessels to prepare herbal teas. Use stainless steel or glass items.
2. You can steep the herbs and spices for 30 minutes and make a stronger infusion. This can be served with ice as an iced tea.
3. When using fresh herbs use 1 tablespoon of fresh herb for each cup of water.

Do not take ginger if you have a bleeding disorder.
Do not take ginger if you are taking aspirin and blood thinning medications like warfarin.
2. Feverfew
Feverfew has anti-inflammatory effects which are useful for the management of arthritis.
Do not take feverfew if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Children should also not take feverfew.
Avoid feverfew if you are allergic to aster family plants like ragweed, chrysanthemums, chamomile, daisies or yarrow.
